Steps
01/ BOOK APPOINTMENT
To get started, schedule a virtual consultation. When you schedule your appointment, we will mail you our Custom Fit Kit, to be used during the call, to ensure we make a hat that fits you perfectly.
02/ VIDEO CONSULT
After you’ve received your Custom Fit Kit, we will have a one-on-one video consultation where we discuss your style preferences, desired hat shape, color preferences, and more. We’ll also go over how to measure your head size and shape.
03/ WE MAKE YOUR HAT
Once we’ve received your preferred felt and any personal items you would like to include on your custom hat, we will get started making your hat!
04/ VIRTUAL REVEAL
After we make your hat, we will schedule a Virtual Reveal video call so that you can see your hat and allow us to make any adjustments before we ship it out.
05/ PACKAGE & SHIP
Upon completion, your custom hat will be carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep. It will arrive in a corregute hat box with a handle that makes it easy for you to store and travel with your hat.
